Housekeeping Services

Housekeeping services are provided daily unless a do not disturb (DND) sign is placed on the door. If the DND sign is removed prior to 2 p.m., the room will be fully serviced. (If the DND sign is left on after 2 p.m., housekeeping may be contacted and every effort will be made to service the room.) If the DND sign is left on the third consecutive day, we reserve the right to enter the room and will service it at that time.

Bath amenities such as soap and shampoo will be provided upon initial check-in. Additional bath amenities may be purchased at the Front Desk.

Maintenance
Lodging staff and the Civil Engineers work to maintain high standards of maintenance in all quarters. However, there are occasions when a switch may break, a faucet may leak or the heating/air conditioning may break down. If you have any problems where repairs are necessary, notify the Front Desk as soon as possible.


TV and Other Appliance Repairs
If your TV, clocks,coffee makers or DVD players malfunction, call the Front Desk. We will repair or replace the set as soon as possible.

An ice machine is located on each floor in building 1484. N


Washers and Dryers
Washers and dryers are provided free of charge to guest of Mountain View Lodge. Laundry/dry cleaning service is available through the AAFES Service Mart, Area 1 bldg 105. Please report any washer/dryer problems to the Front Desk.


Mail
Lodging is not authorized to handle any type of mail for occupants. Arrangements must be made with the local post office if delivery is required. Any mail received at Lodging is returned to the base post office.


Lost Keys
If you lose or misplace your key, you may obtain another one at the Front Desk. Please turn in your key upon checkout.
