Chef Roberto Murador creates delicious Italian dishes featuring the cuisine of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The food of Friuli-Venezia Giulia is made up of a variety of flavors, which actually unite the cultures present in the region. The Mensa offers variety of first courses, typically pasta, risotto, and/or soup, second courses, typically chicken dish, seafood dish, beef or pork, vegetables, salads, cheeses, smoked/cured cold meats, and regional desserts.
