Tour Policies

 

Cancellation Policy

Overnight Tours
You will receive a 75% refund if your cancellation notification is received be ITT at least 14 working days prior to the tour date. You will receive a 50% refund if notification is received within 10-13 working days prior and a 25% refund if notification is received less than 10 days prior.
One-Day Tours: You will receive a 75% refund if your cancellation notification is received by ITT at least 5 working days prior to the tour date. You will receive a 50% refund if notification is received less than five working days prior to the tour date.

No Shows
No shows on a tour of any type receive no refunds.
Military Duty: Military duty excuses (applies to active duty military only) requires a letter signed by either a Squadron Commander or First Sergeant. ITT must be advised at least one day before the tour date and the letter must be presented to the ITT office no later than three working days after the tour completion. If cancellation notification is received prior to the tour date, a full refund will be issued if the cancellation doesn’t cause the tour to be canceled. If cancellation notification is received after the tour date and any hotel/guided tours/meals are charged to ITT, the customer will be required to pay those fees.
 

Lost or Stolen Items

1. When traveling to any city in Europe, the threat of robbery is always present. For this reason, leave any valuables that are not a necessity at home. (i.e. Extra credit cards, jewelry, etc.)

2. Always be aware of your belongings. Make sure purses, wallets and backpacks are closed and held close to you. Don’t carry your money all together because keeping it it in different areas will prevent you from losing everything if you are robbed. Don’t leave bags unattended on the bus at any time, even if the bus is locked. DON’T BE A TARGET.

3. ITT and our representatives are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Safety Policy
All children under two years of age are required to have their own seat on all ITT sponsored trips. We recommend that you bring your child’s car/booster seat with you.

Hotel Reservation Policy

Requests for hotel reservations will not be accepted less than 3-5 working days prior to the reservation date. Hotel reservation requests are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your commitment to your hotel for any reason, please call ITT or the hotel at least 48 hours in advance to cancel. If cancellation notif-ication is not received, a one night hotel fee will be charged to your credit card.

  • Hotel reservations Two destinations: $5
  • 3-5 destinations: $10
  • 6 or more destinations: $15
  • Opera reservations Phone calls: $.20 per “click”
  • Fax: $.20 per “click”
  • Service charge: $5

 

Ticket Policy

ITT tickets are personal and non-transferable due to insurance reasons. If you wish to transfer a ticket you must come in to the ITT office to do so. ITT waiting list has priority. Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis by ITT staff.
 

Refund Policy

Cash will be refunded based on availability in the ITT cash register--the limit is $10. Any refund over $10 will be reimbursed by NAF check within 3-5 working days. You must have a receipt to obtain a refund.

ITT Frequent Travelers Card

Points for tours are as follows:

Morale Shopping Trips: 0

One Day Trips: 1

Two Days-One Night: 2

Three Days-Two Nights: 3

Four Days-Three Nights: 4

Five Days-Four Nights: 5

Each customer receives a free one day trip once all 10 points are accumulated, or a $75 discount on certain overnight trips. For overnight trips a max of five Frequent Traveler Cards may be used. Cards are personal and non-transferable.
