Feel good about yourself, improve your health
and the overall quality of your life at one of the two Services fitness
facilities. Feel the burn with aerobic classes or workout with machines
or free weights. Personal trainers assist you in finding the right
workout program. All facilities are equipped with locker rooms and showers.

The 31,000 square foot facility includes
a large gymnasium, two racquetball courts, multi-purpose aerobics room,
cardiovascular room, free-weight room, circuit/stretching room, and
large locker rooms with saunas. Most of the equipment in the facility
is brand new Life Fitness cardiovascular machines. The center also has
Hammer Strength plate loaded weight systems.
