CUSTOMER INFORMATION

ITT requires credit card information in order to make a hotel request. This is needed to reserve the hotel. You can call ITT at DSN  632-5072/5026, Commercial   0434-66-5072/5026, or you can fax them at Fax  0434-65-1131.

Call or come in to ITT with your credit card number (along with the three digit
security code on the back of your card) within 24 hours for your request to be processed.

Most hotels require confirmation with a credit card, and will charge you if you
fail to cancel or do not show up. In the event of a no-show, if the hotel is
unable to charge your credit card and bills the ITT office, the bill will be passed on to the requestor's supervisor or First Sergeant.
REMARKS/SPECIAL REQUESTS
   
   
NOTE: ITT requires 3-5 working days to make a reservation. We reserve the
right to decline reservations. Some hotels require a small deposit, which will be
held by the ITT office. If you are unable to meet your commitment to the hotel for any reason, please call ITT at Ext. 3107/5026 or the hotel immediately.
   
SERVICE FEE & RESEARCH FEES  

SERVICE FEE: $7.00 for destination. These fees are due to ITT even if ITT is
unable to locate a hotel or if you cancel.

RESEARCH FEE: $7.00 per destination. These fees are due to ITT regardless of making a reservation. If you make the reservation through ITT this fee will be waived in lieu of the Service Fee.

   
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers are responsible for canceling reservations. Penalty for canceling varies with each hotel.
